What we're looking for

  • Proven track record designing and launching customer experiences or AI-enabled product capabilities.
  • Experience translating AI/ML product capabilities into service design decisions.
  • Strong quantitative skills and ability to work directly with data for analysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at the executive level, presenting evidence-based recommendations.
  • Systems thinking approach to understand second-order effects of AI on business metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
