What you'll do

  • Develop and refine the Federal DOC Tool using Oracle APEX and the Millennium data model.
  • Manage and integrate applications into an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tenancy.
  • Build future state applications that meet all documented requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to define and refine technical requirements.
  • Implement high-quality code while participating in peer reviews and design sessions.
  • Resolve performance, scalability, and resiliency issues for tools and services.
  • Develop and support Cerner Command Language (CCL) reports and utilities.
  • Build and execute unit tests and integration plans to prevent regressions.

What we're looking for

  • Experience as an APEX Developer.
  • Strong understanding of the Millennium data model.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with programming in Oracle SQL or Oracle APEX (preferred).
  • Experience with development in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) (preferred).
  • Familiarity with development in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment (preferred).
  • Experience working with federal government customers (preferred).
  • Ability to receive a favorable security clearance (preferred).
