Cybersecurity Deputy Program Manager, Top Secret

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a large cybersecurity program.
• Ensure teams execute tasks aligned with stopping cyber threats and improving resilience.
• Coordinate communications with government stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance measurement for technical teams.
• Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methods.
• Monitor risk management and operational support activities to ensure efficient execution.

What we're looking for

• At least 10 years of cybersecurity program management experience for Federal Government customers.
• Proven ability to oversee multidisciplinary technical teams in cyber defense and incident response activities.
• Strong understanding of NIST SP 800-61r2, RMF, and federal cyber incident response frameworks.
• Excellent communication, team coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting program performance oversight, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• US citizenship required for the position.
• Preferred: Background in CISA, DHS, or similar national cyber mission environments.
