What you'll do

  • Translate business priorities into a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between IT and business units to align on objectives and transformation priorities.
  • Lead the joint prioritization of the IT portfolio based on value, risk, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop investment cases and track return-on-investment measures for major technology initiatives.
  • Facilitate alignment between stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making across competing priorities.
  • Orchestrate the delivery of IT products and services to reduce complexity and operational risk.
  • Conduct end-to-end requirements discovery to convert complex business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Resolve business and technology issues by identifying dependencies and coordinating with the right partners.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Must have 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
  • (preferred) 7+ years of experience in business relationship management, strategic analysis, or IT advisory roles.
  • (preferred) Experience translating business strategy into IT roadmaps and measurable outcomes across multiple functions.
  • (preferred) Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
  • (preferred) Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems including infrastructure, cloud, and SDLC.
  • (preferred) Experience with IT portfolio governance, demand management, and investment planning.
  • Work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
