Principal Business Development Manager, Frontier AI Labs

What you'll do

• Own executive-level relationships with MongoDB’s frontier AI lab partners.
• Identify and drive integrations that improve developer experience using both platforms.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with partner ecosystems.
• Track and report on the business impact of each partnership relationship.
• Ensure internal alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Surface external partner intelligence to inform MongoDB’s roadmap and strategy.

What we're looking for

• At least 12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or product strategy at a technology company.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes executive-level relationships and drive complex initiatives through large organizations.
• Deep understanding of AI application architecture for substantive product conversations with engineers and product leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to anticipate partner platform directions and build compelling cases for collaboration.
• Excellent communication and executive presence, comfortable at senior leadership levels both internally and externally.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering) to maximize partnership outcomes.
