What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience delivering AI/analytics and digital products in industry
- Demonstrable experience taking generative AI/LLM solutions into production
- 2+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Working knowledge of modern ML/LLM architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, MLOps/LLMOps, and cloud deployment patterns
- Proven track record managing product delivery lifecycle, prioritization, OKRs/KPIs, and stakeholder alignment
- Practical experience implementing privacy, security, and auditability controls in regulated environments
