What you'll do

Provide onsite technology support for a geographically dispersed enterprise workforce.
Manage IT incidents, changes, problems, and knowledge management processes.
Resolve technical issues for Windows PCs, Macs, and mobile devices.
Monitor systems, alerts, and dashboards to identify and escalate potential incidents.
Automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Document recurring issues and troubleshooting steps in knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
Manage the endpoint lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 2 years of experience managing IT projects or operations teams.
At least 4 years of experience in Technical Operations, IT systems and infrastructure, and desktop platforms and operating systems.
At least 4 years of experience supporting monitoring, alerting, escalation systems, incident management, and networking fundamentals.
At least 4 years of experience using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science (preferred).
5+ years of experience in process management, CMDB, incident management, or Project Management (preferred).
ITIL Certification (preferred).
