Principal Associate Program Manager, Product College

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end execution, annual strategy, and iteration of assigned learning programs.
• Manage the logistics for both in-person and virtual cohort-based training sessions.
• Identify and brief executive speakers and subject matter experts to integrate them into the curriculum.
• Analyze survey data and conduct retrospectives to drive continuous program improvements.
• Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and learner data tracking.
• Act as a host and producer for live sessions, managing real-time logistics and materials archiving.
• Execute marketing efforts and communications via Slack and email to promote programs internally.
• Design and implement scalable processes to ensure efficient and reliable program delivery.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in learning and development (preferred: 3+ years).
• At least 1 year of experience in Program or Project Management (preferred: 2+ years).
• At least 1 year of consulting experience (preferred: 2+ years).
• Process or Project Management Certification (preferred).
• Experience delivering dynamic immersive learning experiences with a focus on cohort learning and program execution.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various channels to engage participants, facilitators, and executives.
• Proven ability to analyze data to measure impact and drive continuous program improvement.
