What you'll do

Adapt and finetune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific business applications and features.
Build NLP models through all phases of development including design, training, evaluation, and validation.
Partner with engineering teams to operationalize models into scalable and resilient production systems.
Utilize a tech stack including PyTorch, Hugging Face, AWS, LangChain, and VectorDBs to analyze large datasets.
Research and evaluate emerging generative AI technologies to drive innovation in financial services.
Translate complex technical findings into tangible business goals for non-technical stakeholders.
Develop high-quality code for libraries, platforms, or solution-level integrations into existing products.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of experience performing data analytics.
A Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration plus 3 years of experience performing data analytics.
A PhD in a quantitative field.
At least 3 years of experience in Python, Scala, or R.
At least 3 years of experience with machine learning.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLM), Finetuning, and Deep Learning.
At least 1 year of experience working with AWS.
Expertise in training language models or large computer vision models including subdomains like RLHF or training optimization.
