What you'll do

Build NLP models through all phases of development, including design, training, evaluation, and validation.
Operationalize models in scalable and resilient production systems in partnership with engineering teams.
Leverage technologies like Pytorch, Hugging Face, AWS Ultraclusters, LangChain, and VectorDBs to extract insights from data.
Research and evaluate emerging generative AI technologies and state-of-the-art methods to apply to business goals.
Translate complex technical work into tangible business goals for non-technical audiences.
Deliver libraries, platforms, or solution-level code to existing products.

What we're looking for

Hold a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of data analytics experience.
Hold a Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration plus 3 years of data analytics experience.
Hold a PhD in a quantitative field.
Have experience in training language models or large computer vision models.
Possess expertise in one or more subdomains such as training optimization, self-supervised learning, explainability, or RLHF.
Have experience delivering libraries, platforms, or solution-level code to existing products.
Have at least 3 years of experience in Python, Scala, or R (preferred).
Have at least 3 years of experience with machine learning (preferred).
