What we're looking for
Must have 15 years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI, robotics, or related fields; OR a Bachelor's degree plus 11 years; OR a Master's degree plus 9 years; OR a Doctorate plus 7 years.
Requires at least 7 years of hands-on experience with Python, C++, PyTorch, and ROS for software development and machine learning.
Must possess deep expertise in computer vision, perception, sensor fusion, and real-time signal processing.
Must have practical knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning, and action-conditioned model behavior.
Requires the ability to design multimodal AI systems that integrate heterogeneous data sources like lidar, audio, and telemetry.
Must demonstrate technical leadership in guiding teams toward strategic goals and managing cross-functional collaborations.
