What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations with hands-on AI implementation.
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying AI solutions using LLM APIs and automation platforms.
  • Experience taking AI projects from concept to production, navigating technical and organizational challenges.
  • Strong process design skills, including writing governance frameworks and performance standards for real teams.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority through insight and delivered work.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex AI concepts into operational solutions.
