The Principal Learning & Development Technologist role at the executive and manager development team requires setting a strategic vision to shift from episodic programs to continuous, in-the-flow enablement. This technologist will define roadmaps for microlearning, AI-enabled guidance, and high-impact simulations while partnering with HR Tech, IT, and Engineering to build scalable systems that integrate seamlessly into everyday workflows. Key responsibilities include rapid prototyping of solutions, driving adoption through data-driven iteration, and collaborating on content strategy. Ideal candidates have over eight years of experience in learning technology and product development, a strong product orientation, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams without direct authority. Familiarity with enterprise learning ecosystems and collaboration tools is preferred, as well as expertise in adult learning principles and change management.
Own the strategy and roadmap to shift manager and executive development from episodic programs to continuous, in-the-flow enablement.
Define the north star experience for AI-enabled guidance and high-impact simulations within everyday workflows.
Partner with HR Tech, IT, and Engineering to build integrations and automation that deliver trusted guidance inside existing tools.
Apply a product mindset to rapidly prototype and scale solutions that reduce friction and increase relevance in leadership development.
Drive adoption and measurable outcomes through change leadership, feedback loops, and data-driven iteration of the enablement ecosystem.
Collaborate with Talent Development team on content strategy and creation for AI agents and simulations.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in Learning & Development and learning technology.
Proven ability to own strategy and drive transformation in ambiguous environments.
Strong product orientation with iterative solution building and user journey expertise.
Experience designing learning within daily workflows using microlearning and AI.
Ability to partner with technical teams for system design and integration.
Comfortable prototyping quickly and finding pragmatic paths to impact.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles applied in digital contexts.
