What you'll do

  • Perform engineering analyses, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to validate and optimize designs.
  • Interpret technical specifications and supplier documentation to drive design decisions for system-level performance.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and tooling teams to move products from concept through production.
  • Resolve build issues and improve scalability, serviceability, and cost efficiency during the manufacturing process.

What we're looking for

  • Proven expertise in electro-mechanical product development for complex hardware systems.
  • Demonstrated success designing high-density IT rack solutions for data center environments.
  • Strong knowledge of rack-level thermal architectures, including air and liquid cooling technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with 3D CAD tools such as Creo or SolidWorks for sheet metal, plastic, and die-cast components.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and apply FEA tools in design validation and optimization.
  • Degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering (preferred).
