What you'll do

Build and maintain large-scale machine learning infrastructure and distributed data processing pipelines using Apache Spark.
Develop highly scalable distributed systems and software applications using open-source technologies and CI/CD tools.
Design and maintain data architectures and ETL/ELT channels to integrate data from various sources.
Extend existing ML platforms and frameworks to scale model training and deployment.
Implement big data solutions and real-time simulation platforms for testing and validating novel AI algorithms.
Develop software system testing and validation procedures, including programming and technical documentation.
Perform complex technical and functional analysis to translate business visions into scalable ML infrastructure solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and five years of experience as a Principal AI/ML Engineer.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and three years of experience as a Principal AI/ML Engineer.
Experience executing cloud computing functions for distributed systems, including architecting CI/CD pipelines and building large-scale data processing platforms in AWS.
Expertise architecting and building scalable big data frameworks using Apache Spark and Kubernetes.
Expertise optimizing EMR workloads on EKS for petabyte-scale datasets using AWS services like Lambda, CloudWatch, and SQS.
Expertise designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git repositories and AWS CDK.
Expertise conducting advanced research in Reinforcement Learning, including Monte Carlo Tree Search and multi-agent systems.
Expertise developing real-time simulation platforms using Java, Python, and the JMonkey Game Engine.
