What you'll do

Lead the strategy for development and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions.
Define and execute the AI/ML platform roadmap with cross-functional teams.
Design and architect scalable, reliable, and efficient AI/ML systems.
Drive platform execution using agile methodologies and software development best practices.
Participate in coding reviews and technical problem-solving alongside the engineering team.
Mentor team members and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
Manage the machine learning lifecycle using MLOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.

What we're looking for

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MS preferred).
12+ years of experience in software engineering.
3+ years of experience as a technical lead or Software Architect.
Proven experience leading and mentoring software and ML engineering teams.
Experience designing and running scalable, high-performance systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience building and deploying AI models using AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, or Azure Machine Learning.
Experience with complex agentic AI architectures, API ecosystems, guardrails, and context management.
Strong background in AI/ML including deep learning, statistical modeling, neural networks, and MLOps principles.
