Principal AI Strategy Architect

What you'll do

• Research and evaluate emerging AI capabilities including generative LLMs, agentic systems, and multimodal models.
• Define and evolve enterprise AI architecture patterns for cloud/hybrid environments and MLOps pipelines.
• Design system integrations between large language models and existing Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
• Build rapid proof-of-concepts to validate the feasibility, performance, and cost of new AI tools.
• Identify high-impact business use cases while ensuring data security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Develop technical guardrails for model selection, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Translate complex technical AI developments into concise briefings for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams regarding AI capabilities and limitations.

What we're looking for

• Proven success delivering impact in generative AI/AI models and architecture roles within enterprise environments.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale generative AI and AI model platforms.
• 8+ years of experience across cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS/GCP), data engineering, and full MLOps lifecycle automation.
• Strong command of modern generative AI frameworks, tooling, and robust grounding in AI governance, security, privacy, and NIST AI RMF.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive-level storytelling and multi-functional influence.
• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industries (preferred).
• Hands-on coding and prototyping ability in Python or similar with familiarity of frontend technologies (preferred).
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer (preferred).
