Power System EPM

What you'll do

• Own detailed project schedules and ensure cross-functional communication between internal teams and external vendors.
• Plan and execute prototype builds, direct factory operations, and manage internal/external team coordination.
• Identify program risk areas and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with technology teams.
• Manage development budgets, including purchase orders, change requests, and invoicing activities.
• Coordinate system integration efforts across various systems to ensure seamless end-to-end performance.
• Drive critical decisions involving high levels of risk and prioritize tasks to meet aggressive schedule and cost targets.

What we're looking for

• BS/MS in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant hardware engineering experience in consumer electronics.
• Proven track record managing complex hardware product schedules and builds.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced development environments with constant change.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills for diverse teams.
• Experience driving cross-functional team collaboration and decision-making.
