Power Platform Developer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Power Apps.
• Build and support automated business processes and workflow solutions using Power Automate.
• Translate business requirements from HR leaders into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop alerts, notifications, and approval workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage the application lifecycle including testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to established governance, security, and scalability standards.
• Identify automation opportunities to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate Cloud Flows, and Dataverse.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into application and workflow solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing approval workflows, business process automation, and enterprise productivity solutions.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform security, governance, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Platform Administration, and Microsoft 365 technologies (preferred).
