Power Apps Developer, Mid

What you'll do

• Design and architect data environments to enable faster decision-making across complex mission landscapes.
• Build Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps using Power Fx and approved connectors.
• Develop relational data models, tables, and reusable components within Dataverse.
• Create automated cloud flows using Power Automate to integrate SharePoint, SQL, and other sources.
• Package and deploy features via managed or unmanaged solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot dependency issues and move releases cleanly across different environments.
• Implement secure application architectures with role-based access and connector governance.
• Translate client requirements into scalable Dataverse schemas and automation patterns.

What we're looking for

• Experience building solution packages and Dataverse data models including tables, relationships, forms, and views.
• Experience with hands-on development across Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps and Power Automate cloud flows.
• Knowledge of Dataverse fundamentals, environment strategy, security roles, dependency management, and ALM pipelines.
• Ability to design secure application architectures with role-based access and connector governance.
• Ability to write performant data logic in Power Fx and integrate flows or components.
• Experience automating processes and delivering dashboards with Power BI (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
