What you'll do

Lead execution of systems engineering projects for plasma etch systems from concept to production.
Develop and optimize algorithms for automation and advanced control in RF Power, PVT, Flow, and Temperature subsystems.
Identify and address gaps in sensor technologies needed for diagnosing equipment performance in production environments.
Build and qualify prototypes or procure subsystems from suppliers, ensuring compliance with detailed specifications.
Design solutions combining classical mathematical algorithms with deep learning to enhance productivity challenges.

What we're looking for

PhD or Master's in Engineering/Physics with relevant industry experience.
Expertise in RF/DC Plasma Systems, Plasma Sensing, and Algorithm Development.
3-5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment development.
Proficiency in data analysis using MATLAB, Python, or similar tools.
Experience working in multidisciplinary R&D environments (SW/HW/Algo).
Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
