What you'll do

  • Maintain 24/7 uptime and performance of access control, video surveillance, and supporting platforms.
  • Execute patching, upgrades, and change management activities for security systems.
  • Monitor system health and proactively remediate degraded devices and network issues.
  • Track and report against physical security service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage third-party integrators and contractors for installs and maintenance.
  • Retrieve and package video evidence and access logs for investigations and legal requests.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for all security systems.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years administering enterprise physical security systems in mission-critical environments.
  • Genetec Security Center certification (Enterprise level) required within 90 days of hire.
  • Hands-on experience with Access Control Systems and Video Surveillance Systems using Genetec Security Center.
  • Experience managing third-party integrators, contractors, and OEM support resources for installs and maintenance.
  • Strong networking fundamentals including IP/VLAN, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and QoS.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and work outside normal business hours.
