As a Sr. Systems Engineer – Physical Security Technology at NVIDIA’s Santa Clara headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing and maintaining the physical security systems that safeguard our global workforce of over 30,000 employees across more than 50 offices worldwide. Your responsibilities include deploying cloud resources, creating infrastructure as code for scalability, supporting global security systems, coordinating integrations, performing tier 3 support, managing full system lifecycles, and providing technical training. You will work with AI technologies, databases like MSSQL and MySQL, and leading security systems such as Lenel and Genetec. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, over 10 years of experience in similar roles within multinational corporations, proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Java, and certifications in security systems and project management.
Deploy cloud resources to support physical security systems across NVIDIA’s global offices.
Create infrastructure as code and automation to ensure scalability of security systems.
Coordinate integration of physical security hardware, software, and networks globally.
Provide tier 3 support for complex issues to maintain system uptime and reliability.
Perform full lifecycle management of physical security infrastructure from concept to decommissioning.
What we're looking for
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years experience
Experience designing and deploying complex physical security systems globally
Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, Ruby, C#, Java)
Hands-on database management and troubleshooting skills
Expertise in multiple security system technologies (Lenel, Genetec, Milestone)
Strong technical support and training capabilities for clients and staff
CISSP or other advanced industry certifications preferred
