What you'll do

Provide engineering and administrative support for Lenel OnGuard access control systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application, server, database, and hardware across environments.
Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure system operations in OT environments.
Support integrations between Lenel OnGuard and Active Directory, HR systems, and video surveillance platforms.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system health monitoring and incident response.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Lenel OnGuard environments and access control systems.
Strong knowledge in Windows Server administration, Microsoft SQL Server, and Active Directory integration.
Experience with system upgrades, troubleshooting, and integrations in enterprise-scale deployments.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and ports.
Ability to work independently and effectively communicate in client-facing consulting roles.
Proven experience within utilities, critical infrastructure, energy sector, or industrial/OT environments.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance with utility industry security standards.
