Photolithography Process Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and characterize robust photolithography solutions to meet R&D needs for Si MEMS technologies.
• Manage CD and overlay SPC charts while monitoring layer defects for high-volume manufacturing lines.
• Own photo processes on ASML i-line steppers and high-topography exposure systems.
• Implement yield, quality, and cost improvements to existing unit processes to ensure consistent results.
• Perform experimental design and data analysis to support process development and line sustaining work.
• Identify and resolve yield and defect issues while communicating results clearly across the organization.
• Establish project objectives, schedules, and resource profiles for long-term improvement projects.
• Implement monitoring methodologies like SPC and FDC to detect equipment performance excursions early.

What we're looking for

• BS in EE, ME, ChE, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry with 8+ years of related experience.
• MS in EE, ME, ChE, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry with 6+ years of related experience.
• PhD in EE, ME, ChE, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry with 3+ years of related experience.
• Expertise in photolithography and engineering fundamentals for all areas of fab processing.
• Proficiency in a wide variety of photolithography tools and deep experience with ASML equipment (PAS5500) and i-line steppers.
• Mature data analysis skills using tools such as JMP, Minitab, Spotfire, and Excel/Access.
• Experience with TEL_ACT8 and PAS5500 equipment is highly desirable (preferred).
• Experience with WLP, TSVs, thick resist processing, FDC systems, CE!, HPM, TPS, and Lean is desirable (preferred).
