PDM/PLM Systems Administrator

What you'll do

• Administer and support the Autodesk Vault system.
• Support and interact with SolidWorks PDM (EPDM) and PTC Windchill environments.
• Troubleshoot CAD and PDM/PLM issues across Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and Eplan.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and audit readiness through structured data governance activities.
• Support BOM, Item Master, and material master processes to ensure alignment across systems.
• Lead and contribute to system improvement, development, and data migration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for engineering data management.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

What we're looking for

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience with Autodesk Vault administration and SolidWorks PDM (EPDM).
• Working knowledge of PTC Windchill.
• Experience in a multi-CAD engineering environment including Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and Eplan.
• Exposure to multiple PDM/PLM systems in a multi-tool environment (preferred).
• Strong understanding of engineering data structures, BOM, Material Management, and Item Master management.
• Knowledge of data governance and audit processes.
• Demonstrated experience supporting system improvements, enhancements, or implementations.
