Payroll DS Manager

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end payroll delivery for assigned countries.
• Oversee payroll controls, approvals, reconciliations, and statutory remittances.
• Ensure audit readiness by maintaining robust documentation and records.
• Build strong relationships with senior country stakeholders and global partners.
• Manage performance of third-party payroll vendors to ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Lead and manage a matrixed team of payroll supervisors and individual contributors.
• Drive continuous improvement in existing payroll processes and systems.

What we're looking for

• At least 7 years of experience in payroll, HR, or finance operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a management or people leadership role.
• Strong experience managing multi-country payroll operations and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• Experience overseeing payroll controls, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Preferred certifications in payroll, project management, analytics, or Lean Six Sigma.
