A2R DS Sr. Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the accounting and daily operations for the GSF Accounting process area.
• Ensure timely financial period closing in compliance with SLA commitments and regulatory requirements.
• Manage a team of associates to ensure adherence to internal controls and audit standards.
• Develop succession plans and support career development within the high-performing team.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and operational changes for global efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a Shared Service or BPO organization.
• Proven track record of leading continuous improvement and organizational transformation.
• Experience managing large teams (30+ members) and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong background in Global Account to Report functions within multinational companies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under tight deadlines, and handle ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
