As a Payments-Digital & Design-Search-Product Manager-Vice President, you will join the search and AI team to lead the end-to-end product life cycle for innovative offerings. You will act as the voice of the customer to develop profitable products, managing discovery efforts, market research, and the product backlog to align with a strategic roadmap. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring payments search quality by mapping data lineage, setting up freshness and failure observability for upstream data feeds, and managing API schemas. You must ensure scalability, resiliency, and stability while tracking success metrics like cost, risk posture, and reliability. The role requires technical depth in index design, data analytics, and hands-on familiarity with LLM tool use to solve complex problems within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
Develop and execute a product strategy and vision that delivers clear value to customers.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial discovery and market research to final launch.
Own and maintain a product backlog that aligns with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
Ensure payments search quality by managing upstream data feeds and APIs across various systems.
Map data lineage and establish observability for data freshness and failure sources.
Build frameworks to track key success metrics including cost, risk posture, and reliability.
Lead discovery efforts to identify customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Technical depth to read data lineage, discuss index design, review API schemas, and hands-on familiarity with LLM tool use.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
