Product Manager, Global Supplier Services

What you'll do

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Lead and mentor the product team responsible for invoicing and procurement.
• Drive automation initiatives and agentic solutions to optimize invoicing and procurement workflows.
• Integrate third-party tools and platforms into the product ecosystem to ensure operational excellence.
• Translate operational needs into strategic product requirements and actionable roadmaps.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Demonstrated experience managing product teams in invoicing and procurement with a track record of delivering process improvements.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies and agentic approaches in financial operations.
• Proficiency in working with third-party invoicing tools like Ariba and Concur and custom platforms like Supplier Central.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across operations and support organizations.
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
