JOB TITLE: Partner Consulting, AI As a member of the Enterprise AI Consulting Practice, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Generative AI and enterprise AI transformation programs. You will own scope, planning, and risk management while making critical technical decisions regarding model selection, RAG design, context schemas, orchestration patterns, and evaluation frameworks. Your daily work involves translating ambiguous business requirements into technical specifications, building reusable AI assets like prompt libraries and reference architectures, and mentoring senior engineers. You will integrate AI capabilities across ERP, SCM, CRM, and data platforms using cloud-native architectures, APIs, and microservices. The role requires expertise in embeddings, vector databases, and agentic systems to solve production-grade challenges in regulated environments, ensuring high-quality engineering standards through DevSecOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices.

What you'll do

Lead multi-workstream enterprise AI and GenAI delivery programs, owning scope, planning, staffing, and risk management.
Architect key technical decisions including model selection, RAG design, orchestration patterns, and evaluation frameworks.
Establish and enforce engineering standards for quality gates, testing, observability, and release readiness.
Integrate AI capabilities across ERP, SCM, CRM, data platforms, and middleware layers.
Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear backlogs, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Build reusable AI delivery assets such as reference architectures, accelerators, and prompt libraries.
Coach and mentor senior engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on problem solving.

What we're looking for

15–20 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise technology delivery.
Proven experience delivering production enterprise systems in complex, regulated environments.
Hands-on experience designing and guiding delivery of LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines and tool-use agents.
Strong command of cloud-native architectures, including APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, security, and observability.
Practical experience with embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, re-rankers, and RAG evaluation frameworks.
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms, data systems, and systems-of-record.
Demonstrated delivery leadership across large transformation programs like ERP modernization, cloud migration, or data transformation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred); cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred).
