What you'll do

  • Establish and manage a structured development lifecycle with version control and release management for disciplined project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within O2C cycle using advanced AI/ML techniques to drive efficiency and enhance customer experience.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Order to Cash or related finance operations
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with foundational data technologies (Python, SQL) and version control systems
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale technology projects within O2C or Finance domain
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI/ML for finance operations, such as predictive analytics
  • Experience partnering with enterprise technology teams like IS&T and FDT
