Associate, Cash Technology Global Platform / Denver, CO

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day client experience activities by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of requests.
• Prepare questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs to support new business development and client retention.
• Maintain consultant and intermediary platforms to facilitate product access and distribution.
• Develop automated solutions for quarterly performance decks and executive-level summaries.
• Ensure data accuracy across client-facing materials and internal documentation.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and support process improvement initiatives for efficiency.
• Build standard and ad-hoc reports to meet business needs and improve controls.

What we're looking for

• 4-8 years of experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of VBA/python beneficial.
• Familiarity with Aladdin applications, AI tools, and databases preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Interest in cash management products, money markets, digital assets, and technology solutions.
