Integration Project Manager, EHR

What you'll do

• Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of healthcare interfaces including creation, localization, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Oversee project schedules, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with the Release Manager to develop repeatable processes for integration scope and deployment.
• Document, brief, and escalate project risks and issues while executing specific mitigation strategies.
• Maintain the Interface JIRA backlog based on the Agile delivery Work Breakdown Structure.
• Provide status reporting and executive-level presentations to the Oracle Health PMO and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Integration Architects to ensure interface readiness for validation events and production go-lives.
• Manage vendor communications and ensure all deliverables fall within the defined scope and budget.

What we're looking for

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be eligible to receive a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be willing to work out of the Arlington, VA office 4x/week.
• Must have strong project management skills with a proven ability to provide functional and technical guidance.
• Must have experience managing healthcare interfaces, including creation, localization, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Must be able to manage project schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and document deployment risks.
• Must be able to travel 25% of the time within the DC metro area.
