What you'll do

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of consulting and testing professionals to meet project goals.
Oversee the delivery of testing services across multiple Federal healthcare engagements and billable Task Orders.
Develop and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and quality improvement initiatives for Oracle Health applications.
Manage operational metrics including resource utilization, staffing levels, and project performance tracking.
Serve as a project advisor to resolve delivery concerns and manage risks on complex client engagements.
Provide subject matter expertise to support sales enablement, proposal development, and solution planning.
Ensure all testing activities comply with established quality standards, policies, and contractual commitments.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen due to Federal client and contractual requirements.
Must possess a security clearance.
Requires 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years of consulting experience.
Must have an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Demonstrated expertise in product, technology, Healthcare IT (HCIT), or related industries is required.
Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills are required.
Previous management or leadership experience is preferred.
3+ years of experience with Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium applications and HCIT is preferred.
