Oracle Delphix Database Administrator

What you'll do

• Optimize Oracle Database configurations for geospatial workloads by tuning queries, indexes, and storage strategies.
• Manage enterprise geospatial data platforms using Delphix and Oracle Database across hybrid environments.
• Implement Delphix data virtualization and masking strategies to safeguard sensitive geospatial datasets.
• Define geospatial data models, standards, and governance practices to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the planning and prioritization of database initiatives based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Manage Oracle Database operations including configuration tuning, backup, and recovery for critical transaction processing.
• Coordinate change and release activities for Delphix and Oracle environments to minimize service disruption.
• Monitor demand pipeline health by reviewing intake queues and capacity forecasts to identify bottlenecks.

What we're looking for

• Possess extensive hands-on experience with Delphix platforms including environment setup, provisioning, refresh workflows, and data masking.
• Demonstrate strong Oracle Database expertise encompassing design, implementation, performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
• Exhibit proficiency with incident and change coordination practices for Delphix and Oracle Database environments.
• Experience optimizing Oracle Database configurations for geospatial workloads, including tuning queries, indexes, and storage strategies.
• Experience implementing Delphix data virtualization and masking strategies for geospatial datasets.
• Ability to coordinate hybrid work collaboration between onsite and remote team members.
• Ability to monitor demand pipeline health by reviewing intake queues, capacity forecasts, and delivery milestones.
• Ability to provide mentoring and guidance to team members on demand analysis and data provisioning.
