What we're looking for
8+ years of experience with progressive IT operations leadership managing technical teams.
Experience leading operations support, production operations, or IT operations functions including incident response and service management.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date.
Experience supporting large, mission-driven organizations or high-availability environments (preferred).
Experience with military or federal agency mission operations tactics, techniques, and protocols (preferred).
Experience with network engineering, systems administration, and operational tools like Jenkins, Packer, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Nessus, JIRA, or Confluence (preferred).
