What you'll do

Resolve labor disputes and grievances in accordance with union policies.
Provide guidance to members on contract interpretation and enforcement.
Represent the union at management meetings and negotiations.
Conduct training sessions for new and existing union members.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management or real estate.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
Proficient in using property management software and MS Office tools.
