Product Manager Intern

What you'll do

• Support the conception, design, and launch of Oracle Health products and solutions.
• Research healthcare providers, payers, and patients to drive product adoption and customer success.
• Support product definition from vision to roadmap and detailed requirements for healthcare solutions.
• Influence engineering teams to iterate on features that improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define user stories for agile delivery.
• Track product metrics, customer feedback, and adoption trends to identify optimization opportunities.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Applicants must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building value propositions, messaging, and guidance for customers, users, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including engineers and senior leaders.
• Exposure to Healthcare and Technology is desired (preferred).
