Software Product Management Intern

What you'll do

• Collect market, competitor, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Analyze data to translate findings into actionable product insights.
• Support concept planning and launches for software experiences.
• Define software requirements using user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use AI and analytics tools to improve research and decision-making.
• Support product management initiatives for HP and Poly branded collaboration devices.

What we're looking for

• Must be a full-time student at an accredited university.
• Must have completed the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s program or the 1st year of a Master’s program.
• Must be able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027 and not require future sponsorship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis and research.
• Understanding of user-centered design and UX/UI principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard productivity software.
• Business Administration or Marketing major (preferred).
• Experience with AI tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, JIRA, and Figma (preferred).
• App and cloud software development and launch experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of prioritization models and market/competitive analysis (preferred).
