What you'll do

Design and deploy automated test solutions for RF and mixed-signal products during the NPI lifecycle.
Develop automated test systems using TestStand and C# on PXI-based ATE hardware.

Provide design-for-test (DFT) feedback to engineering teams to improve product manufacturability.
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff within the test development organization.
Drive continuous improvement in software and test architectures to ensure framework reuse and reliability.

What we're looking for

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering.
8+ years of experience in automated test development.
Strong proficiency in C# and TestStand.
Deep knowledge of RF measurements.
Demonstrated ability to debug complex hardware and software systems.
Structured problem-solving approach (preferred).
Clear and effective communication skills (preferred).
Proven track record of building reusable and scalable technical solutions (preferred).
