What you'll do
Provide technical support for computers and associated networks.
Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers and related hardware.
Connect PCs and terminals to existing data networks and perform basic setups.
Maintain trouble logs and complete paperwork to satisfy security requirements.
Coordinate with users, service desk, server administrators, network engineers, and management.
Resolve technical problems and escalate issues as needed according to established policies.
What we're looking for
Must have an active DoD Secret level security clearance or be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation Program.
Requires 4 years of relevant IT experience (or 2 years with an Associate’s degree).
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop OS and Office Product Suite is essential.
Possess a technical understanding of ITIL and ITSM Operations, including Service Desk and Network support.
Must hold DoD 8570 IAT level II or higher security certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
Experience with remote deployment methods and troubleshooting desktop PCs is preferred.
Knowledge of Active Directory configuration and LAN/WAN networking is beneficial.
