Intelligence Analyst - Falcon Recon (Remote)

What you'll do

• Manage customer requests and support the use of Falcon Intel Recon application.
• Provide regular written and verbal updates on relevant intelligence findings to customers.
• Escalate noteworthy findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to respective customers.
• Guide customers through analytical findings, offering subject matter expertise.
• Plan and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a strong advocate for customers within the Intelligence and Engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years experience in cyber threat intelligence or all-source threat analysis.
• Strong understanding of dark web ecosystems, actors, forums, and leak sites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to document technical processes and explain technology to non-technical users.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently.
• High emotional intelligence for presenting findings to customers professionally.
• Knowledge of data communication concepts including email, networking, and enterprise security.
