What you'll do

Oversee the deployment, administration, and integration of ServiceNow tools on RHEL and Windows operating systems.
Lead team members in utilizing Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies to coordinate and deliver projects.
Direct the integration of Cisco Network Services Orchestrator, GOTS, and other enterprise toolsets.
Guide the automation and orchestration of ServiceNow activities using Ansible, Python, Terraform, and PowerShell.
Manage the troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of complex system issues and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Lead efforts to harden and secure systems in compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards.
Oversee the creation of technical documentation and provide user handoff training for operations teams.
Perform system performance analysis and tuning to ensure optimal configuration and availability.

What we're looking for

Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Must meet Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 certification requirements.
Must have at least 16 years of combined work history and education.
Must have at least 5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
Must hold a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and one other advanced ServiceNow certification.
Must have team leadership experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must have experience in Agile, Scrum, or SDLC methodologies.
Must have experience developing and scripting within ServiceNow using JavaScript, Python, Perl, or PowerShell.
