As a Network Operations Center (NOC) Network Monitoring Lead, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for network performance monitoring within the BIM team. What you'll do

  • Serve as the lead subject matter expert for network performance monitoring to integrate management tools and establish dashboards.
  • Configure, maintain, secure, and update observability and network management systems such as SolarWinds.
  • Translate business KPIs and KQIs into customized operations center alerts and service level awareness.
  • Create and customize dashboard reports focused on meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Use scripting skills to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and site teams to build and enhance the BIM monitoring solution.
  • Develop and present technical materials for a broad spectrum of audiences including senior government leaders.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
  • Must hold or be eligible for Security Plus CE certification to meet IAT level II requirements.
  • Must have 5 or more years of related experience in network operations and monitoring.
  • Must have technical training, certifications, or a degree.
  • Must possess skills in automation, scripting, and network monitoring solutions like SolarWinds.
  • Experience with Cisco Provider Connectivity Assurance (PCA) is highly desired.
  • US Citizenship.
