Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Network Engineer - Level 2 or 3 to join the team at Buckley SFB. The Network Engineer will support customer computer data communications systems by providing design specifications, testing, and inspections for computer networks. Daily responsibilities include planning and implementing upgrades, analyzing hardware and software solutions through network modeling, and performing installs, configurations, and monitoring for WAN and LAN development. The role requires ensuring network availability for system users and implementing security measures. Candidates must possess experience with Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Cabling, and hardware configuration using CISCO and/or Juniper equipment. The position involves developing methodologies for analysis and support within a classified level enterprise network environment to solve complex connectivity and troubleshooting issues for various projects.

Must possess an active/current Top Secret/SCI clearance with adjudicated CI or Full Scope Polygraph at time of application.
Must have U.S. Citizenship.
Must hold an active/current CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent 8570 certification.
Must have Network Engineering experience covering Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Cabling, and Hardware configuration/installation with CISCO and/or Juniper equipment.
Must have a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, Master's with 0 years, Associate's with 4 years, or HS diploma/GED with 6 years.
Must have a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, Master's with 3 years, PhD with 0 years, Associate's with 7 years, or HS diploma/GED with 9 years.
Experience working with worldwide enterprise networks (preferred).
Experience working with classified level enterprise networks (preferred).
