You will build automated test execution and data collection processes using Python, Bash, Shell, or Perl. The role requires expertise in major internet routing protocols and Linux/Unix environments to solve technical problems involving RF link behavior and embedded software.

What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot complex system issues using packet captures, system logs, telemetry, and RF measurements.
  • Use tools like tcpdump, Wireshark, and iperf to isolate packet loss, latency, and throughput degradation.
  • Automate test execution, data collection, and performance analysis using Python or similar scripting languages.
  • Build repeatable processes to improve team efficiency and consistency in testing and reporting.
  • Configure channel emulators and lab equipment to reproduce operational issues in controlled environments.
  • Drive root-cause investigations to resolution and mentor engineers on integration and troubleshooting practices.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience with major internet routing protocols.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a Linux/Unix environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with automation scripting using Python, Bash, Shell, and/or Perl (preferred).
