Network Administrator

What you'll do

• Provide tier 2+ support for escalated requests and incidents regarding corporate technology services and infrastructure.
• Monitor network and system health while responding to alerts to ensure high availability of critical services.
• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise networking systems, datacenter infrastructure, and cloud-based environments.
• Execute system maintenance, upgrades, and replacements in coordination with engineering teams.
• Identify recurring issues and implement automation to reduce manual workloads and improve response times.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures for troubleshooting workflows.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and service reliability across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator.
• Must have 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator on various Unix/Linux flavors.
• Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Advanced Linux administration skills are required, with RHCSE certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• General understanding of networking principles and architecture is required, with CCNA certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automation/orchestration systems and proficiency in Python scripting for administration.
• Experience with LDAP, Splunk, Ansible, Git, RPM, YUM, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
• Proficiency with cloud services including AWS, Azure, and Oracle.
