What you'll do

Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-scale Video Teleconference (VTC) systems and supporting infrastructure.
Schedule and create VTC conferences while managing all incoming meeting requests.
Monitor ongoing video sessions to ensure high quality and resolve technical issues in real time.
Provide on-site technical support for conference room environments and troubleshoot VoIP system issues.
Ensure seamless connectivity for both internal and external participants during remote communications.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and operational compliance.
Ensure all VTC systems remain operational and compliant with Department of Navy regulations.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in VTC administration.
Must have at least 1 year of specialized experience directly related to the assigned tasks.
Must hold a CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
Must possess an AS or AAS degree in a technical discipline.
Must have expertise in Video Technologies, VMware Administration, and VTC systems.
US Citizenship.
