NCIS Business Objects Administrator The NCIS Business Objects Administrator joins the IT Technology Operations division to support mission-critical government projects involving criminal investigation, law enforcement, and counterterrorism. In this role, you will perform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software while managing operating system, application, and software upgrades in accordance with security policies. You will be responsible for installing and patching BusinessObjects Data Services and Business Intelligence, performing SSL and Tomcat maintenance, and providing technical support for high-visibility applications. The role requires expertise in Oracle/SQL, Java, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, and Business Objects. You will collaborate with developers and analysts to define system scopes, manage legacy applications, and ensure standards compliance. Key technical requirements include experience with ETL data flow development, query tuning, and report development using WebIntelligence and Universe Designer tools.

What you'll do

Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of complex software systems and operating system architectures.
Install and patch BusinessObjects Data Services and Business Intelligence software in compliance with security policies.
Develop, code, test, and document critical application programs for computer systems.
Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for critical calls regarding supported applications.
Serve as a subject matter expert for maintaining and enhancing existing software systems.
Manage server health including memory requirements, logging, SSL implementation, and job monitoring.
Develop reports, universes, and ETL data flows using BusinessObjects tools.
Provide internal consulting and technical guidance to developers, management, and departmental clients.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Must have 10+ years of experience in software development, coding, and architecture.
Must hold a CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering related discipline or equivalent experience.
Must have experience with BusinessObjects Data Services and Business Intelligence installation, patching, and configuration.
Must be proficient in SSL implementation, Tomcat maintenance, and server health monitoring.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
