What you'll do

Administer, manage, and maintain Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments.
Perform Windows Server patching and maintain system compliance using DISA STIGs.
Manage user accounts, groups, and device associations in Active Directory and LDAP.
Provide VIP technical support and mobile device setup for NCIS executive staff.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and business application issues across all enclaves.
Monitor system resources and oversee system recovery mechanisms.
Use PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and manage network services like DNS and DHCP.
Document all technical work and support requests accurately in ServiceNow.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance and be eligible for TS/SCI.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must have a BS degree or equivalent in Computer Science or an IT-related field.
Must possess a CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
Must have 3+ years of experience in systems administration, network administration, and user support.
Must have experience with IT system administration, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Next-Generation Network (NGN) infrastructure.
Must have experience with Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
US Citizenship.
