What you'll do

Provide VIP technical support and mobile device setup for NCIS executive staff.
Administer, manage, and maintain Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments.
Perform regular server patching within an operational environment.
Manage Active Directory components including DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects, and LDAP accounts.
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate and manage system tasks.
Monitor system resources and oversee recovery mechanisms for all enclaves.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and business application issues for employees and contractors.
Document all technical work and support requests accurately in ServiceNow.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret clearance and be TS/SCI eligible.
Must be a United States citizen.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required.
CompTIA Security+ CE certification is required.
3+ years of experience in systems administration, network administration, and user support are required.
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Next-Generation Network (NGN) infrastructure is required.
Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects, and PowerShell scripting is required.
US Citizenship.
